As part of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Youth program (Project Code: 101131320), co-funded by the European Union, a youth training and exchange event entitled “Sustain the Change” was held from 20 to 26 June 2025 at El Mouradi Hotel, Port El Kantaoui – Sousse, Tunisia.
This intercultural program brought together enthusiastic youth from Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey, and Spain, under the coordination and cooperation of the following partner organizations:

During this 4-day intensive experience, participants expressed their appreciation for the quality of the program, the diversity of the workshops, and the opportunity to learn and connect with others from different cultures.
The event featured dynamic workshops, meaningful discussions, field visits, and team-building activities that promoted collaboration, learning, and youth empowerment.
This successful initiative demonstrates the power of intercultural youth cooperation and the importance of creating spaces for young people to exchange, grow, and lead change.
