We enjoyed another creative and dynamic day within the Give a Chance project, filled with interactive sessions and collaborative activities that encouraged both teamwork and innovation. The programme was designed to strengthen participants’ skills while fostering intercultural dialogue and cooperation.

🤝 Teamwork Activities: The day began with engaging team-building exercises that helped participants develop trust, communication, and collaboration. It was inspiring to see how quickly individuals from different backgrounds learned to work together toward shared goals.

Conflict and Problem Management: Through the Identity Flower activity, participants explored personal identity, gaining deeper awareness of how differences can sometimes lead to conflict and, more importantly, how these situations can be managed constructively.

💡 Problem Identification and Project Ideas: Using the Problem Tree Method, two project groups representing different countries identified pressing issues affecting their target groups and beneficiaries. With the guidance of experienced mentors, participants brainstormed project ideas and created feedback mechanisms to refine and strengthen their concepts.

The progress made during this session highlighted the creativity and determination of young people in shaping meaningful initiatives. As ideas continue to develop, we look forward to sharing the next steps of these promising youth-led projects. Stay tuned for more updates and insights from the Give a Chance journey.
