Recently, we held the final evaluation meeting of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project Give a Chance in Gaziantep, Turkey. This event brought together ten dedicated participants alongside their mentors and coordinators, as well as partner teams from Turkey, Spain, and Tunisia. The gathering served as an important milestone, providing the opportunity to finalize reports, reflect on the outcomes achieved, and complete all remaining project-related work in a collaborative environment.

Beyond administrative tasks, the meeting was enriched with an Intercultural Exchange session that enabled participants to share unique traditions, cultural perspectives, and personal experiences. This exchange fostered deeper understanding and strengthened the bonds between teams from different countries, reinforcing the project’s commitment to intercultural learning and cooperation.

One of the highlights of the event was the Bazar, where participants had the chance to present their projects, engage with visitors, and take their first steps into the world of entrepreneurship. For many, this was the first real experience of selling their products or services and interacting directly with potential customers. It provided an invaluable platform to test their ideas, build confidence, and explore the sustainability of their projects.

The combination of evaluation, cultural exchange, and entrepreneurial practice created a dynamic and inspiring conclusion to the project. The event in Gaziantep not only celebrated the achievements of the participants but also underlined the importance of empowering youth with skills and opportunities to shape their own futures.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants, mentors, and partner organizations for their dedication and contributions throughout this journey. The project has left a meaningful impact on young entrepreneurs, and the closing meeting was a powerful reminder of the collective efforts that make change possible.
