Give a Chance! is developed to provide a space for the young people to implement their ideas and reach out more people to tackle with the challenges in their communities while generating income to create long-lasting solutions whether it is happened within the implementation period of the program or not, but majority of the projects developed already existing sustainability plans to continue their efforts to create change in the areas that the young people defined : environment, gender equality, inclusion of people with special needs, sport, intergenerational dialogue, cultural heritage etc.
Give a Chance! Developed to support the young people from across the Euro-Med region to design and implement small-scale social entrepeneurship projects that made sense in their local contexts. So instead of a top-down approach, the whole point here was to go glocal, support youth where they are, in their own realities, and let them shape the local communities and change their realities with their wishes.
Give a Chance! Program provided support from the local communities, mentors and coordinators throughout the project not just for logistics or budgeting, but also for confidence and skill development of the young people through the project implementation period. The young people have implemented this project through the course of September 2024 – May 2025 within their local communities. The program created a significant impact on the local community.
